We’re always seeking good people with the right profile to join. Dive into a world where we grow together, championing digital transitions and sustainable paths.
As a core part of our team, you’ll deliver consulting projects and academy training programs. You bring a proven track record of project delivery together with experience in teaching, training, or coaching.
We are especially looking for shipping professionals who have driven agendas such as process excellence, operational improvement, digitalisation, or people development within shipping companies.
What matters is that you can be deployed across both consulting assignments and academy services, with a passion for solving problems, improving performance, and developing people.
This is for you if:
- You have shipping and/or consulting experience, ideally with a background in process excellence or transformation.
- You have successfully delivered projects and large scale programmes, and enjoy teaching, training, or coaching others.
- You thrive in entrepreneurial environments with global exposure (travel required).
You bring proven leadership in shipping and a strong network. As part of our go-to-market team, you’ll help open doors and shape opportunities.
Our senior advisors may also contribute on our consulting and academy engagements.
This is for you if:
- You’re a former CxO or senior executive in shipping.
- You want to use your network to create opportunities and shape the strategic direction of TSC and our clients.
- You might enjoy contributing as a mentor, advisor, or thought partner on projects or through teaching/coaching assignments.
You remain independent but collaborate with TSC on client projects, or be individually deployed with clients where your expertise adds value.
This is for you if:
- You are an experienced consultant or independent expert in areas relevant to transforming and improving shipping companies.
- You have a background and proven track record from one or more shipping companies, ideally within process excellence, digitalisation, or operational improvement.
- You prefer flexible, project-based collaboration, and want to contribute your expertise to meaningful projects without being tied to one company.
